Peer Review Process

Selangor Humaniora Review (SHARE) is committed to peer-review integrity and upholding the standards of review. Submitted papers will be double-blind peer reviewed by at least TWO (2) independent, anonymous expert referees. SHARE Review Guideline:

Step 1: Editorial assessment

At this stage, the Editor will read through the summitted papers and decide if they are suitable for the journal. The Editor might reject an article immediately, but otherwise it will move to the next stage, and into peer review.

Step 2: First round of peer review

Papers will be sent to potential referees who are experts in the related field. They will read and advise the editor whether to accept, accept with revision or reject the paper.

Step 3: Revise and resubmit

Papers will be returned to authors for corrections based on the reviewers’ comments, resubmitting it with any or all changes made. Steps above may be repeated until the said paper is publishable.

The Editor’s decision is final, and no correspondence can be entered into concerning papers considered unsuitable for publication in this journal. All correspondence, including notification of the Editor’s decision and requests for revisions, will be sent by email.
